- Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of others.
- No wet clothes around the house, please make sure to hang your towels and swimming suits inside the tub to protect the floor.
- NO SMOKING. This includes e-cigarettes.
- Be respectful of the neighbors and follow all community rules
- No parking on the street
- NO PARTIES
- No standing on or drinks on the ping pong table
- Return pool key. $150 Fine if lost
